Transitional Living Program
Transitional Living Program
The Transitional Living Program (TLP) serves youth ages 17 to 21 who are involved in the child welfare system, who are working towards completing their high school degree or GED, and who are referred through the Illinois Department of Children & Family Services (DCFS). WAM TT staff provides 24-hour supervision, helping each learn the life skills needed to seek higher education, pursue a career, and transition successfully into adulthood.
